All parts are available in stock, we will make contact with our customers regarding any unexpected delays.
Brand new parts are only stocked at our warehouse. Hyosung parts are supplied to us from the Hyosung factory.
All our parts are covered under 180 days warranty from the date of purchase.
This does not include parts that have been improperly fitted or any damaged caused by accident related scene.
We ship our parts worldwide, delivery takes 4~7 days in general.
Orders made in weekends / national holiday will be dispatched on the next business working day.
Customs duties and taxes are liable to the buyer when involved with the importation of our products.
We take no responsibility for any customs duties and taxes involved with the importation of our products.
Your payment can be made by wire transfer or by Paypal, accepting both Visa and Master card without having to be registered.
If you are willing to pay by wire transfer, you’ll have to inform us your payment along with your name and shipping address including your postcode.
Returns and Exchange
Want to exchange your wrong purchased item? Please check if you agree to our policy and meet all the criteria listed below.
- It has not past more than 30 days from the date of item receivement
- Has not been opened or fitted and is in brand new condition sealed with original packaging
- Shipping fees are not refundable for the wrong purchased item
- Shipping fees are chargeable to the exchanged item
If you have received an incorrect item from our shop, please contact us within 30 days. We will replace the item at no cost or offer a full refund for the purchase and shipment fee. After 30 days period, we take no responsibility of refunding the item.
